HOW MUCH DOES AN OAKWRIGHTS EXTENSION COST?

BUDGETING FOR THE PERFECT OAK EXTENSION

Every Oakwrights GreenRoom combines considered design and the finest materials and is perfectly tailored to each customer’s requirements and individual taste. Therefore, at GreenRooms, there are no ‘off the shelf’ prices. Oak Orangery, conservatory and bespoke sun room extension costs and prices can vary dramatically, therefore your budget will depend on a wide range of contributing factors, the most influential being extension size, incorporated materials and style. GreenRooms by Oakwrights offer simply the finest oak extensions available in the UK. We firmly believe that when you're investing in your home environment and everyday lifestyle, it is vital to achieve the highest quality product available - after all, you and your family will be enjoying your new addition every day for many years to come.

Some typical questions clients ask when starting out on their journey is 'How much does an Orangery cost?' or 'What budget should I allow for an Oak extension?'. Oak is typically more expensive than comparative materials, however, as the favoured choice for centuries, few (if any) other construction methods produce the same 'wow' factor, provide such versatile building capabilities, or result in a truly unique building structure. To give you an idea of how much a GreenRooms oak orangery might cost, the example provided on this page is priced at around £58,000. See images above. This cost is based on the following specification.
