Concept sketches
Concept sketches are produced by our team incorporating your wish-list, local planning requirements and your budget.

Fee proposal
Your fee proposal includes the information we have gathered about your plot, concept sketches, planning stages and the fees associated with this.

Planning process
From our initial research of your plot and, local planning knowledge we will submit a drawings package to achieve a positive planning result.

Design development
During this stage we develop your initial concept sketches in to refined drawings that include plans, elevations, sections and site plans.

Detailed design
This stage is when we create your Building Regulations package. This covers safety, durability, and integrity. Your detailed drawings will then be sent for approval.
