Join our Production Team and play a crucial role in the construction and assembly of our bespoke timber frame structures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained. We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Timber Frame Assembly Operative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Assemble timber frame structures according to detailed plans and specifications.

▪ Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit timber components.

▪ Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

▪ Ensure all work meets company quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.

▪ Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

▪ Perform quality checks and make adjustments as necessary.

▪ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

▪ Proven experience in timber frame assembly, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

▪ Excellent knowledge of timber properties and woodworking techniques.

▪ Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, chisels, and drills.

▪ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

▪ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

▪ Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

▪ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

▪ A valid driver’s license is preferred.
