Found the perfect plot? Agree plot sale with James our Head of Custom Build
Now you have agreed your plot sale, it's time to go through the legal paper work and instruct your solicitor.
Once you have gone through the legal process, conveyancing and have exchanged you will COMPLETE and you are ready to start the build phase of your custom build process.
