We want a go-getting, client-facing character, with design flair, good experience with Planning, an understanding of Building Regulations processes, and the ability to engage with Clients and Consultants confidently. Strong communication is key. You must be conversant in AutoCAD and Sketchup. Rendering ability would be beneficial.
