Timber Frame Panel Maker
Our Timber Frame Panel Makers are central to the delivery of high-quality, precision-built timber structures here at Oakwrights. Working within our off-site workshop environment, the role focuses on crafting and assembling softwood timber frame panels to exacting standards, using technical drawings and quality materials. This hands-on position supports a wide range of timber frame and modern construction projects, combining traditional carpentry skills with efficient, collaborative production methods to create durable, bespoke building components.
Site Crew
Join our Site Crew and play a hands-on role in building exceptional timber structures across the UK. Working in small, supportive teams, you’ll help erect green oak frames and modern softwood timber frame systems on a mix of local and national sites. It’s practical, rewarding work for people who enjoy teamwork, craftsmanship and seeing a project come together on site. Whether you’re experienced or keen to develop your skills further, you’ll be part of a company that values quality, safety and a positive, can-do attitude.
Construction Estimator
Oakwrights’ Construction Estimators play a key role in delivering high-quality timber buildings across oak framing, structural timber frames and modern methods of construction. Working closely with our design teams, project managers and clients, the role involves analysing drawings, preparing accurate material and labour take-offs, and producing clear, detailed cost proposals. With exposure to prefabrication, off-site construction and low-energy building approaches, this position supports Oakwrights’ continued growth while ensuring every project is costed with care, clarity and technical expertise.
