For days out and exploring further afield, the book town of Hay-on-Wye, Leominster and the cathedral city of Hereford are all within easy reach. Hay-on-Wye is around 15 miles away, while Leominster and Hereford are approximately 10 and 16 miles respectively.

Families have a good choice of local schools, including Kington Primary and Lady Hawkins’ School, with further options at Weobley, Lucton and Hereford.

Despite its rural setting, Tellin Meadow is well connected. Leominster and Hereford railway stations provide onward connections, while the A44 and A480 offer convenient road links. Birmingham is around an hour and a half away, with Birmingham Airport providing further connections for travel further afield.

With planning permission secured and highways and utilities installed by the landowner, the groundwork is already in place for your bespoke countryside home. Plot 1 is already SSTC, while Plot 2 has outline planning permission, with a detailed plot passport and design code, and the opportunity to work with our Architectural Design team on a reserved matters application.
