Built using traditional green oak, with carefully detailed rafters and oak-lined roof structures, every pavilion is made to feel as though it truly belongs in its surroundings.

Crafted with care

We use only premium, sustainably sourced QP1-grade French oak, selected for its strength, character, and longevity. Each frame is handcrafted in our Herefordshire workshops, where traditional techniques meet modern precision.The majority of the structure is prepared off-site before being assembled by our experienced, dedicated teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and a seamless build process.

Planning, made simple

Many of our garden pavilions can be built under permitted development rights, meaning full planning permission may not be required.Your design consultant will guide you through this process, advising on what’s possible and, where needed, managing the application on your behalf, removing uncertainty and making your journey straightforward.

END-TO-END PROCESS

From the forest in France to your new garden pavilion

Every project starts with a chat to one of our Regional Outbuildings & Extensions Specialists, they’ll help establish your brief, budget and individual requirements.

Make contact

Design: Your Regional Specialist will arrange a site meeting, then work with you to develop your design and provide a quotation.

Team member providing planning permission support

Contract: Once your design is perfect, we enter into a contract and take a deposit to start the planning process.

Planning or permitted development: Allow us to take the stress away from the planning process, ensuring clarity, confidence and a smooth path from vision to approval.

Your frame design: Our Frame Design Team will send you a technical drawing of your annexe that you can ‘walk around’ and approve.

Materials order: Once you have signed this off, we will order your oak and any other contracted materials to create your annexe..

Oak framing: Once your oak has arrived, it will go through our K2i Hundegger machine. Your frame will then be meticulously assembled by hand to ensure a perfect fit.

Delivery day: Your oak frame and panels will be carefully transported to your home and put up by our experienced site teams unless you are constructing it yourself.
