About the role
Our Timber Frame Panel Makers play a vital role in the manufacture of high-quality timber building systems. Based within our off-site workshop facility, the role focuses on the accurate fabrication and assembly of softwood timber frame panels that form the structural backbone of a wide range of projects, from traditional homes to modern, energy efficient buildings.
Working from detailed technical drawings, you will be responsible for selecting, preparing and assembling timber components to precise specifications. Using a combination of hand and power tools, the role demands a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride in producing work that meets our exacting quality standards.
Collaboration is central to the role. You will work closely with colleagues across the production team to ensure programmes are met efficiently, safely and to the highest standard. The position suits individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and who value teamwork, consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Selecting, preparing, cutting, shaping and assembling softwood components
- Using hand and power tools with accuracy and care
- Working collaboratively with other team members
- Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment and follow all safety procedure
- Remaining flexible within a fast‑paced production setting
Key Skills
- Experience as a Timber Framer or similar role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physically fit with good manual handling ability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self‑motivated and committed to producing high‑quality work
