Join our dedicated workshop team as a Softwood Timber Frame Panel Maker. You'll engineer and produce high-quality panels that provide the structural framework of our timber frame buildings.
Key responsibilities:
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Select and prepare materials.
• Process and assemble timber components to exact specifications.
• Perform systematic quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in timber framing, carpentry, or similar trades
(preferred but not essential).
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Skilled in reading technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality work.
• Physically fit, well-organised, and capable of working both independently and
in a team.
• Positive attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
